The hot breakfast was great as I only expected continental, but it had many hot options too. The staff was friendly and there to answer questions. I would stay again if ever in that area.â

âWe stayed one night between Boothbay Harbor and Boston in a family suite. We really loved the water pressure in the shower, and thankfully having the sink separated from shower was good for a group. The beds were comfy and the breakfast amenities were good. The location is pretty cool and the BBQ stuff they have for loaner use is a really nice touch. I see why they were rated top stay in trip advisor !! â
âThe historical house really made it a special stay. The staff both at the hotel and the bar/grill were friendly, and shared great stories of the home. Durham is a fantastic town with great history that the Durham Historical Association, which is just down from the hotel proudly displays. I will definitely return.â
âThe property is impeccable and beautiful. There is an ice cream parlor across the street. The trolly stop is right in front of the hotel. Otherwise, the area with all the restaurants is about a 13 min walk. The pools were clean and the staff was very helpful. The only thing I wished they had was: more fire pits and Smart TVs.â
