“The room was not habitable due to severe sanitation issues, including blood on the walls, visibly soiled bedding, and a non-functioning toilet. We arrived late and discovered the full extent after settling in. We notified the front desk and were offered another room, but given the severity of the conditions and health concerns, we did not feel safe remaining on the property. We vacated after one night and requested a refund for the unused nights, which was denied”

“The rooms are excellent!!! Clean and very well appointed. Hotel staff was polite , professional, and very helpful. We had dinner at the Hotel and the food and service was amazing. The Property is very well kept and very easy to access. Valet parking was courteous and prompt in all our interactions. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. “We stayed for two nights and as said in the advertisement of the hotel could we expect daily cleaning. Coming back from business on day two we found the room not to be cleaned. We went down and asked why. Our story ended with the manager asking the police to eskort us out within 10 minutes . We left ,and went for another hotel in Ann Arbor. Still they keep charging me valet parking twice and the deposit which they use to have as a safe if something breaks down. ”

“The hotel was clean, but it was easy to tell it was an older property that had been refurbished. In all three of the rooms that I reserved, the temperature control was basically non-existent and the rooms were all hot and we could not adjust the temperature. The breakfast buffet had several options, which were all fresh and tasty. The weekend bartender Joe was great. Funny, polite, good memory, and just an overall nice guy.
