“We had black bear cabin and when we walked in, it smelled of cedar it was immaculately cleaned, and you could hear the water flowing over the rocks. The hot tub was wonderful up and running when we got there overall great experience highly recommend.”

All of the staff were really helpful if we needed anything or had any questions.The breakfast was outstanding. The hot tub was clean, well taken care and the perfect temperature. Loved the sauna to! “The place was quiet, and peaceful. Just a couple of miles outside of town, towards the Northeast entrance of RMNP. We arrived at approximately 5:30, and although the office was closed, our key and stay-paperwork was waiting for us. Expectations may be different in the Summer season, but we loved the convenience and quiet of this place! We saw wild turkeys in the driveway, right next to our car, and elk and deer, nearby. ”

“The location was excellent. It was a 20 minute drive to either national park entrances. It was a short walk to most of the shops and restaurants in Estes Park. The staff was very friendly. I would stay again. ”

“Parking great! Breakfast is okay. Yogurt cereal boiled eggs and bagels. Nothing fresh but okay. The rooms had bugs but i guess it might be normal since they are “cabins” looking rooms”

“No hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues. No curtain on the window so anyone walking by could see us in the bed sleeping or even into the bathroom. Dog hair covering the comforter and piles of it on the floor. No smoke detector. No lights except for the kitchen, no bedside lighting. ”

“My family and I absolutely LOVE this place. The cabin we rented provided everything we needed for a getaway. Everything was nice and clean. The kitchen had everything you could need to make a 5-course meal, with the room. The hot tub was a great addition and was nice and warm. There was plenty of room for 5 of us to spread out, it was great! The grounds were so nice and kept well, absolutely beautiful property! We will definitely be coming back! ”
