âThis is our second stay and I chose a city view room, which was a different type from the last time. It was not a great view, but was open and relaxing with lots of windows.
Some of the staff seemed to lack training, but in general they were very helpful and stress-free. We are planning our next stay for this upcoming December.â

âStaff did not inform us what we needed to know, especially when we asked for the laundry service. At first, we are advise that we have to do it on our own but din not inform us that's we should buy the detergent soap â

The air con doesnot work well so w/ the fan at the living room. Outside the room its smells bad. The place is near easy to access to the tourist spot.â
âExcellent location right up from the rose garden in Burnham Park. Taxis and Jeepneys just out the front door. Located in the middle of a bunch of cafes and restaurants. Night market is a few minutes walk away. If you want easy access to central Baguio, this is a good place. FYI, hotel is up the elevator next to Watsons on the third floor. There's only a small sign for the hotel at the road, so look for Watsons and you're there. â
âThe property is all good and quiet (except the cooker is faulty). It is walkable distance to the market and parks, although it can get really busy with traffic. The room is clean, relaxing - thereâs hot water in the shower but it doesnât last long, it gets cold before you even finish showering. No lift to go up to your room nor down, so if you have lots of luggage itâs a struggle, especially if your room is on the top, and stuff wonât help to take your belongings upstairs so be prepared for...
