The Maya - 2 bhk cottage with pool - sleeps 4

The Maya is a two bedroom cottage adjoining our main family weekend home. It is simply furnished but has all the amenities that one looks for in a weekend getaway. The location and view is unmatched and is a mere 40 minute catamaran ride or 20 minute speedboat ride from Gateway of India, Mumbai.
The serene beauty of the location and it’s surroundings make it the perfect space to unwind from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Guest access
The cottage is an independent structure about 150 meters from the main house. The pool and pool deck is between the house and the cottage.
Guests have access to the cottage, pool and pool deck.
Pls note that there is an extra charge of Rs. 3000/- per guest beyond 4 guests, adult or kids. Only infants are exempt.

Other things to note
The listing price is for 4 people. Infants and pets are not counted in this. The maximum we can accommodate is 6 people - 4 in 1 bedroom and 2 in the other. Please also note that an additional cost @rs. 3000/- per head per night will be levied for more than 4 people and only up to 6.
There are dogs on the premises.
Housekeeping is included in the service. The cook's services are also included but you need to bring or buy your own groceries if you wish to have meals cooked. Basics like spices, oil and ketchup are there. The staff can be requested to make bazaar purchases on your behalf only ONCE during a 3 day stay as distance to stores does not make it feasible to send them more often. Please kindly plan your meals and respect this. They are there to make you comfortable and keep the place clean. Running errands takes them away from their duties. The cottage staff duty timings are 8:00 am to 6:30 pm. The caretaker is available for emergencies as he lives on the premises.
There are menu cards of cafes and restaurants nearby that deliver (or sometimes need to be picked up).
Complementary Eggs, bread, butter, milk, mineral water, tea, coffee, sugar and sugar free will be stocked up for your convenience. The choice of breakfast has been limited to Cornflakes, eggs, Poha, Upma, Baked Beans, toast, butter and jam.
