“Clean room, friendly staff”

“The room was comfortable and well done. There was no heat in our room with no control for the air unit. There was also a drip coming from the exhaust fan in the bathroom. We were only there one night so I didn't call for support. ”

“Check in was super easy and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The main entry/lobby area is very nice and modern with comfortable sitting areas and a bar. The rooms are small but clean and efficient. Was glad to have a fridge but a microwave would be nice for leftovers. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of storage. Rooms are individually heated/cooled and the baths are very nice/modern. Huge bonus that they allow cats and dogs! 😸🐕”

“We loved our stay at Oak ‘N Spruce. We are an extended family of 15, ranging in age from 3 to 91 years of age, who meet a couple of times a year in the Berkshires. We had 4 units, each with two king bedrooms (one unit was ADA compatible) and it worked out perfectly. We could not believe how much space each unit offered and we were all able to hang out comfortably in one unit.
