So then you have to use the open parking lot next to the hotel. I liked the open parking lot because it was near the hotel and had pretty good light. Daytime there was a guard at the parking lot.

“Let me just say that the front desk staff were EXCELLENT! They were always friendly and helpful. I frequently travel, and the customer service was a 10/10.
They were able to graciously accommodate a few requests. Before booking my stay I was apprehensive because I had read a few negative reviews. I can now tell you that I did not experience one negative thing.
I was also surprised that I could not hear anyone walking in the room above me- that is something that I CAN NOT stand.
