We love cooking so the full kitchen was so welcome and the hot tube was pure joy in the colder winter air. The house was clean, beautifully appointed, and welcoming. “We stayed during three very rainy days and nights! We were amazed at the water as it crashed into the pilings. The house was cozy and comfortable with everything we could have wanted for our stay. We stepped onto the deck between the raindrops and imagine it would have been wonderful to sit and eat and relax out there. So much fun watching the birds soar past.”

The restaurant does not have a room service, but the clerk volunteered to get our order from the restaurant and deliver it. The service was prompt and the food was great. The hotel is no smoking, but some guests were smoking right out the door such that she the door opens, unwanted smoke gets in the hall ways, Perhaps a smoking area can be created away...

“I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this place but it must have been before they made some renovations. I reserved 8 rooms and everyone was happy with theirs. Everything was new and clean. The receptionist was also very friendly and professional. The only downsides were that it was on a busy road and you could hear the traffic and they don’t serve breakfast, however they do give you $5 vouchers to use at the Dennys right next door. Would have no problem going back there if I ever visited...
