“I visited the area the week of June 7th and the hotel was beautiful and beyond my expectations. From arrival time the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Everything was clean, spacious and very accommodating. We were there for the OWA water park and the hotel was walking distance with all the shops and attractions along the walk. “I never leave reviews but felt the need to do so this time. Staff was helpful when we got back to our room and the tv would not work. The room worked for us since we were there for a baseball tournament but our room really needed a deep cleaning. They didn’t empty the trash or change out the towels the day before we were to leave. “Very dirty room(a) had to change because first one smelled like rotten food. No breakfast was available. Swimming pool was disgustingly dirty and smelly. Would NEVER stay there again, and would advise folks to stay away.”

“Charged me five times for the room at check-in, after waiting at the counter at check-in time for 5 minutes. Elevator felt like final destination. TV had poor reception. Bed was comfortable but unstable.”

“The staff was nice except on the last night of our 7 day stay we ask for a roll of toilet tissue which we never received. The rooms were clean. The only problem We had were the quests above. They were very noisy from around 6:30 in the am until around 4:00 am at night. They were constantly running, jumping, slamming doors etc. The only quiet time was the few hours when they left during the day. This happened every day we were there.Other than that the Hotel was great.”

“This was a great space. I was very impressed with the space. The only thing that would have been better would there to have been an iron or steamer. The overall space overshadowed the iron. Very pleased!”

“The clerks at the check-in desk were not helpful nor friendly. Their tone was rude and they were annoyed that I needed items (the TV remote batteries were dead and I also needed towels). Rude staff just makes the stay not enjoyable.”
