“The room and hotel was filthy. The room was very spacious but looked as if it had not been cleaned in a month. There was hair (we all know the kind I speak of) in the shower and on the shower toiletries. Dust everywhere….and unfortunately the staff was not very warm. Many of the staff had family and what I assume were significant others around while they were working. “The lady at the front desk who’s name starts with T was very disrespectful to me when I tried to check in. I told her to speak respectfully to me and she refused to check me in. I tried to cancel the reservation on my phone but it said I needed to talk to the hotel. I went into the hotel and asked to cancel my reservation and she refused. I had to ask her to not raise her voice at me. I was only able to cancel without refund on the app. If you’re a poc beware!”

“The room was clean. There was No shampoo in the shower. The hallways smelled incredibly bad. We were concerned for our safety so we left a day early and forfeited our money. There was a man running around the parking lot at 4:30 in the morning in his underwear and young men, not guests, hanging around in the parking lot by the exit doors at 4:30 in the morning. “Room was ok. Nothing really stuck out for the shape it was in. Just seemed old even though I think the remodeled. They were late getting breakfast ready. Toaster and waffle maker were having issues, they worked but not right. Coffee and juice didn’t work at all and the girl setting up seemed completely clueless and inexperienced. Didn’t even speak English. Tables were dirty and we were first in the area. ”

“Stayed here for a night or two three years ago. It was then a Super 8. Today it’s called Royal Inn and it has gotten very run down and dirty. It looked like they were renovating some of the rooms. I would not stay here again. ”

“Everything was pretty good could use a few new things as they are broke or pretty worn. Swimming was good pool was warm, hot tub hot. Lots of parking. A few mystery stains on walls. Fridge didn’t work and smelt moldy. Water pressure great. Ate cereal with a fork lol. Pretty basic breakfast, waffles, toast, cereal, juice, coffee. Not terrible but not great.”

“Front desk agent is a no frills kind of person. Maybe said 5 words to us but we didn't press her with questions. Didn't get a remote but probably a good thing since we needed to get some sleep. Was clean.... weird set up in the room. Would stay here again between driving days. ”

“Bra hotell för skidåkning på många orter i närheten. En skidbuss utanför hotellet direkt till Alta och Snowbird, mycket bra på helgen så man slipper bekymret med parkering. Bra pool och varm bubbel pool. Bra frukost. Man bör dock ha bil för att ta sig runt i SLC. Tyvärr hade vi dåligt med pudersnö när vi var där, men det är ju inte hotellets fel.”
