"We had the best stay at the Novotel Mumbai International Airport. From the time we checked in until we checked out everything was a 5 star experience. "Everything looks good in pictures and information when booking the hotel. Once in place, it is less flattering. Slow check-in. TV in the room that doesn't work. Minibar with only water. Pool where birds gather to drink water. A bar with only one type of beer. Food OK but slow service. Recurring questions about which room number you have when sitting by the pool. The area outside the hotel was shabby.
Canceled the last two nights (out of four). This because I found a last minute offer at The Oberoi Mumbai for the same price as Novotel Juhu Beach...

Felt safe due to security controls on every person who entered the building.The whole experience was really memorable and one of a kind."
