“För att vara engelsk standard okej rum men inget wow alls. En del fläckar här och där, slitet och dålig dusch. Ligger bra i hammersmith nära tunnelbanestationen. Frukosten riktigt tråkig. Kostar extra för att få t.ex en full english vilket inte alls var prisvärt. Oriental frukosten hade dåligt utbud och väldigt smaklös. Jag kommer nog inte tillbaka finns bättre hotell för dem pengarna. Absolut inte värda alla bra betyg. Personalen trevliga förutom en på frukosten som var lite snobbig av sig.”

“Hotel was very big with many rooms and people. The room itself was ok, temperature was good, bed was comfortable. However the carpet was worn, and needing replacement, lots of stains, and cigarette burns. Reception staff in the lower level, were not very pleasant to deal with, they spent more time talking amongst themselves than customers. Breakfast was good, great selection, although some of it was cold. Wine bar was ok just noisy as there were many kids in there. Close to Hammersmith...

“Amazing location with great amenities. Staff was extremely friendly throughout our stay and the bar/restaurant downstairs was a big plus for us. Room was spotless and had all of the necessary amenities for us. We will definitely be booking again in the future.”

“The Hotel is located close to business area and therefore a convenient choice. The lobby and restaurant looks impressive and modern. But the room I had was a bit tired. Small things, like many scratch marks on the desk and drawers, no safety box, etc. made it feel as if it needs a makeover. The rooms are not as upscale as the lobby reflects. “Good location, good accommodation overall. Close to your Tesco Express and solid breakfast cafe just around the corner. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen could have used with a couple more utensils, as I cooked myself. Other than that - good stay - would stay again.”
