“Nice clean place with good options for breakfast. Didn't check out the hot tub but it was your average indoor pool and hot tub set up.”

“Rented a room here specifically because of the waterside - which was not running because no staff was there to work it , well it was a Sunday mid morning. The kiddie pool was super cold, and the over amount of people in hot tub which was barely luke warm. ”

“Overall real good, but the "free Internet" is a horror story - outdated security protocols and, even worse?, it simply didn't work! But, if that's fixed, we can highly recommend the place.”

“Stayed three nights at this property. All of the staff we dealt with were very friendly. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean. Each morning they had a different variety of breakfast items to choose from and it was good. The property backs up to a little creek amongst beautiful trees that you can enjoy around a fire pit…it’s lovely. When we come thru Missoula again, we will definitely stay here. ”

“As always The Wren was an exceptional place to stay. Welcoming to pups and the employees who Checked us in and checked us out were friendly and fun to chat with. There was one exception. As we were leaving we asked for a towel from the front desk. Our dog had jumped in the river and we wanted to dry him off a bit before we got in the car. It looked as though the employees were having a meeting. One man looked at us and said, we only have towels with urine on them. We were taken aback a little....

“The room was excellent as were the pet friendly facilities. Breakfast was well done and staff kept items replaced and asked if anything was needed. The river view was great as well.”

“The property has definitely gone downhill. The room itself is really nice, but I think people live here permanently and they are ruining it. They leave their trash all over the hallways and are loud. ”

“The hotel was being remodeled , and the pool Area was closed. Something that wasn’t advertised so when we booked the room for the kids being able to swim we got there and the pool Was closed. Wouldn’t have stayed there knowing the pool Was closed. The fridge froze our food and exploded our sodas, there wasn’t any water pressure taking a shower. When the site said “ breakfast” just an fyi it’s not included you pay for it. The staff was super friendly! ”
