Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation.
In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. Dirty toilet, shower, all work surfaces covered in dust. It is a really small place so would...
âWe had a lovely stay. Even though we had to arrive hours after we intended the staff was polite and helped us to check in out of office hours. The area is calm and you get to wake up to the sound of birds together with a lovely garden outside. We did not stay there any longer time, but would really like to visit this hotel again after this experience. â
