“Fantastiskt personal”

“Mycket bekvämt hotell med väldigt hög standard på rummen”

“Our flight got cancelled so we had to book a hotel quickly. An hour after booking we were able to check in. We got to check in early and also got upgraded to a bigger room. Friendly staff and helpful. The room was so nice and the bed was comfortable and soft. It felt very luxurious. The hotel is right by Buckingham palace and close to Victoria station. All I can say about this hotel are good things! Will definitely come back”

“+ Great location + Helpfull staff and easy check-in + Nicely decorated room with a modern bathroom and great shower. - I would have preferred having a coat rack or a hook in the room to hang jacket/handbag. There was a closet but would have liked that option as well. Overall a great experience. Didn’t have breakfast included but we ate in the restaurant on our last morning. Choice of breakfast buffet or à la carte with a good selection of options. Fast service and good food.”

“Allt och mer. ”

“Bra!”

“Trevligt hotell med utmärkt läge. Superfin frukost.”

“I had stayed at Sofitel London St James once before and had a very positive experience, so when my wife turned 50, I wanted her and our sons to experience the hotel as well. It turned out exactly as I had hoped—a wonderful experience for all of us. Everyone, from the housekeeping staff to the reception team, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Add to that the beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and an outstanding location, and you have a clear ten-out-of-ten hotel experience.”
