âFrom the moment we arrived at Whitney Peak, we knew weâd picked the right place. The location couldnât be better â right next to the Reno Arch and within walking distance of so many great restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment.
The staff is the standout here: warm, genuinely friendly, and eager to help with anything from dinner recommendations to arranging transportation. It never felt like âjust another hotel stayâ â it felt personal.

âIt was good, just for a night. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is going through some modifications so it was very confusing to find the front desk as well as find the correct parking garage. â
âWe didnât like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel weâve ever stayed...
âFor the price and the area the property is a good deal. Property is run down but still clean. Staff was quick and friendly.
It was nice to have the casino attached to the property, cheap, strong drinks and good slots. The hotel is secured from the casino with room key activated entry.
The area has homeless around, but was no issue. â

âThe hotel was conveniently located close to the motorway and an outlet. The room was fine, what you expecit really. There were brown stains on the toilet seat so it obviously hadn't been cleaned, aside from that everything else seemed pretty clean.â
