“Hotellet ligger promenadavstånd från "light" kvarteren med restauranger och bio, hade jag åkt hit igen hade jag dock valt att bo nere vid köpkvarteren. Rummen är stora, trevliga och mycket fräscha. Läget är helt okej även om det finns en bussplats precis i närheten som inte drar till sig de allra bästa personerna. Sammanfattningsvis, trevligt, fräscht men bor nog inte här igen.”

“Staff was extremely helpful and accommodated us while their conference room was being reconstructed. We needed it for an interview and they alloted us a space. Great staff and great location.”

“The hotel was nice. The checkin staff didn’t tell us what was available, like pool or gym. They kind of helped with downtown things but not much. We had no housekeeping at all in the 3 days we were there. They were supposed to come on day two but we were skipped. Also, it would be nice to have more soap and personal care items in the room. Breakfast was good except the coffee. The only choice was bold coffee. A medium or breakfast blend would’ve been a nice option. I had to buy a five dollar...

“This hotel is in the heart of downtown KC, 1 block walk from a street car stop and a couple blocks from Union station. This was a perfect stay for us, since we took Amtrak to Union station. Staff was polite and helpful, answering questions about streetcar stops. The breakfast in the morning was on the higher quality, as far as hotel breakfasts go, and had lots of variety.”
