“The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. Property has dedicated street parking but can get busy on Fri and Sat nights due to theatre traffic, however, the manager was very helpful in reserving or securing spots for us so no...

“We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean at all times. The breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits. And the popcorn and the afternoon kick back is a great concept! Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful, from front desk, to kitchen staff and cleaning staff. The positive energy of Deanna and Unique will stay in my heart for a long time! I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here if I come back to STL. ”

“This was an excellent location for us. The parking is not as convenient for able bodied people. The HC parking that we needed because of one of us being in a wheelchair was very convenient and without cost.”

“Several lights in the room did not work, only 1 bottle of water for 3 guests, valet didn’t lock my car that was sitting out front, had to go to desk to remind, breakfast was just ok, but overpriced.”

“Staff was fantastic and the patio area was nice, but our room was quite musty, parts of the hotel like the elevators had seen better days, and the WiFi barely worked. Solid spot to stay for a night or two though, especially if you have friends to hang out with in the common areas. Would not recommend if you need to get work done though, due to the poor WiFi”

“The only hiccup I had with check in was that the link to pay the deposit didn’t work properly. With the check in location being other than the location of the room. Fortunately I was able to handle check in over the phone.”

“Great location. Close to zoo, arch. Hallway smelled like sewer. Just on second floor. Signs to navigate walking with luggage in parking garage were limited. Air conditioning in room was extra loud. No shower gel in container in shower. Little things that added up to an unexceptional stay. View into parking garage made for a very dark room.”

“Room was specious and pretty clean but it just had historic/old feeling about it rooms are update but work was not so good breakfast was great staff was kind beds were pretty comfortable but there was connecting room, And you could hear it all its great for short stay but still think it was overpriced for the looks and location room had fridge microwaive iron hairdryer”
