“When I checked in the staff offered me an upgraded phone for seven additional dollars I’ll let her know. I thought I had already ordered that room. Her feet were up on the table as I walked in the door he checked in the room. It was fairly clean they were not enough towels. There was a stove top and no oven no iron no ironing board and the soap was old. there was a pullout bed, but no additional bedding and there was no one at the front desk to offer any assistance after a certain hour the...

“Staff was the most helpful people that I have encountered in my 30+ years of traveling.”

“Perfect location to visit Raleigh/Durham. Very nice hotel, great value!”

“Typical of Hampton Inns with all the usual advantages and disadvantages. Large comfortable room but the amenities are poor verging on non-existent. Arrived late but the bar, which was open, was serving no food. I was directed to the ”shop” which only offered junk food. The breakfast buffet is very poor, the paper plates and plastic cutlery feel like the final insult. I don’t know why Hampton choose to aim so low. No bottle of water in the room, you have to ask for it. ”

“Helt ok som helhet. Men ett stort minus att sängarna är inplastade så de prasslar och det är för tunn bäddmadrass över plasten vilket gör att sängen inte andas. Vaknade svettig flera gånger under natten med blöt rygg mot sängen. ”

“Super convenient for dawn flight, 5 mins to terminal 2. Staff somewhat disorganized. Never received a room keycard because the coding machine was down for the entire evening. Room was clean but shower had hair in it. Breakfast area looked interesting but we left early before it was open.”

“Great location. The restaurant in the hotel had great food. Room was clean. Will definitely stay here again”

“The staff is great and the rooms are spacious and clean. Unfortunately I was awoken this morning by the fire alarm and made to evacuate (in my pajamas with no shoes on) only to have it be a false alarm. At least we know they take safety seriously. Other than that, it was great.”

“Excellent experience! 10/10 would stay there again and recommend to friends and family. The location can't be beat, right next to everything and anything you could possibly need and yet the city is well organized, maintained beautifully and felt safe. The hotel itself is also beautiful, clean and felt safe. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, the breakfast each morning was phenomenal, and the staff was kind and welcoming.”
