Nobody helped us into the hotel for check-in as there was so many people covering the hotel they barely could see us coming with our bags. Service is cold and poor. Long check-in process, and no welcome drink. No personalized service, butler is of no real use. Just a very hectic, packed out place with three deskes in the main entrance...
âThis smaller hotel was located on the beach walk and the hotel restaurants had great food, as well as several amazing restaurant within walking distance. The only thing that wasnât according to the pictures was that in front of the sun beds on the beach was a tent that rented out water activities and blocked a bit of the view, could definitely been moved to another location. Overall we had a really great stay at the Voco Dubai the Palm.â

âThe best hotel in Dubai, I have been there on and of before and also stayed at the sister hotel next door. Amazing scenario and service at top class.
This is one of the best places to rest up in the world.

We wished we had chosen another for the money we payed. We will not be staying here again. "
"En vÀldigt bra upplevelse med toppbetyg i det mesta. En negativ. Det blev vÀldigt fullt fort pÄ stranden nedanför hotellet. DÄ var ocksÄ platserna i poolen pÄ taket fullt. DÄ blev man visad till en "allmÀn" plats 100m lÀngre bort med lite sÀmre stolar. Inget stort men har man betalat sitt rum sÄ..."
"Stort hotell med varierande service. 5 stjÀrnor gÄr till personalen pÄ frukosten samt Above eleven. Strandpersonalen kÀndes omotiverad, service tog lÄngt tid. Motsvarande intryck fick vi av receptionen. Viljan att göra det lilla extra saknades.
Hade önskat att vi fÄtt information innan ankomst att det skulle vara ett bröllop pÄ hotellet, blev tyvÀrr ett störningsmoment dÄ delar av de allmÀnna ytorna spÀrrades av & högljudd musik.
Vill man spendera dagen vid poolen behöver man vara uppe tidigt och boka stolar, nÄgot vi inte upplevt förut i Dubai eller pÄ andra femstjÀrniga hotell runt om i vÀrlden.
Slutsatsen blir tyvÀrr att det finns bÀttre hotell för pengarna."
"Stayed 10 days and regretted my stay every single day. Very bad and slow service, employees are totally uninterested and unwelcoming. I complained about a very bad smell in the hallway ( a sweaty, musty oder) nothing was done about it. Considering the amount of money I paid for what should be a luxury 5 stat hotel, tge service was a 3 stat hotel level.
The fact that you get free internet access for only one week and after that you have to pay extra is a scandal.
Compared to other 5 star hotels in same street that I stayed at before this was absolutely terrible.
Definitely not coming back. Do your self a favor and stay away. "
