“It was a decent stay, the thing that was bothersome was at night you really notice how loud the ac unit is plus you can hear the one above your window too. Its off the main strip but convenient to everything. We would probably stay again.”

“Somewhat my fault for not recognizing this is sort of a hybrid Bed and Breakfast/VRBO type facility. Expedia did not really make that clear. Requires signing up for check-in web app to get entry code. No on-sight desk staff. Not a problem, but should be more prominent on Expedia listing. Promised evening dining options were not available due to apparent staff turnover. We had hoped to have a quick evening dining option that did not require driving/parking in Gatlinburg (roughly 1 mile...

“The hotel for being older was nice. I was a little shocked at the amount of rust and what looked like mold in the bath tub that we had in our room since we were staying in the romantic suite. The bed was super uncomfortable and it was hard which caused for not sleeping well. The breakfast was amazing though best breakfast we have had at a hotel in a long time.”

“The parking was free, which is huge in downtown Gatlinburg. The water park kept the kids occupied and was fun. Breakfast was a nice variety; the pancake machine wasn’t working so the grandkids were bummed. We had a problem at check-in but that was eventually resolved. The hotel is conveniently located so it’s easy to walk to restaurants and shopping.”

“The staff at the Bistro were very nice and helpful. Prices were on the high side but the same can be said for all of Gatlinburg. If you find you forgot something, there is a Walgreens within walking distance.”

“Everything was wonderful. Very quiet. Organized. Family friendly. Walking distance to the main strip of Gatlinburg. Parking lot was very accessible, well lit, and felt safe. A beautiful place to stay. The only suggestion I have is maybe put something on the shower floor. It gets very slippery when showering especially when shampooing your hair.”
