Amazing property and an equally amazing host

I had a wonderful time in this beautiful property. In The Villages and Kevin went out of his way to help me in my real estate search when he didn’t need to. He seems to truly enjoy helping his tenants understand what they need to know about The Villages and he keeps immaculate, very nicely, decorated, and landscaped properties in beautiful areas of the villages at an extremely reasonable price!

Great location for multiple executive golf courses within a 5-12 min cart ride. Also close to many good restaurants. I am going back to Kevin's place again next year. Been renting from VRBO for a decade this was best owner to deal with ever! Thank You Kevin!!!
