“We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. Also, we experienced waking when a minor air draft would rattle the room's door. We put one of the heavy pillows against the door to keep it from rattling. The location is excellent. “Accessible in this hotel means a regular bathtub/shower Combo with grab bars and a handicapped toilet. not very accessible. I will take Comfort Inns off my list of places to stay after staying here.”

“The hotel was the definition of sketchy. The pictures used to advertisement seem to be one room that looks good and the rest are gross. Our room was disgusting and the only that that seemed clean was the bed. The bathroom and tub had black stains, bugs and stuff all over the towels. There was hair and pubic hair in the toilet and tub. We didn’t end up staying the night as planned. We left as soon as possible.”

“The staff was super helpful especially since we needed tickets printed at the last minute. , The room and bathroom were clean. The grandkids enjoyed the breakfast and the indoor pool, this was their favorite!! Home2Suites is our favorite place to stay.”

“My favorite part of my stay was waking up to the sun being filtered through the trees outside my rooms window! Most hotels have a view of a parking lot or highway. Very nice stay!”

“It was all great”

“The location was excellent based on who we were there to visit. Everything we might need store or restaurant wise was in close proximity. The breakfast area had adequate seating as well as a nice selection of food items. My favorite item was the 24 hour coffee station that will freshly grind the beans for your coffee when your ready for a cup. I would strongly consider staying there again. The only thing we didn't like was a strong odor that was limited to just our bathroom area.”

“The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage. ”

“The room was large and comfortable with very high ceilings making it seem even bigger. The room was clean and everything worked well. The AC blowing on me was the only negative. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking as 80 % of the hotel was airline pilots and staff and they had no cars. The location was convenient as well. Great spot to stay in Bentonville.”
