I learned from a local client after our stay how much effort had been put into redeveloping the immediate area by the owners, and now realise how much credit is due to them in keeping the area around the Ironbridge national relic so well kept. Staff were amazing, helpful and polite. Even when the fire alarm went off, due to a fault, they couldn't have done more to help and reassure.

âThis is a very old building ⊠400-500 years old so bound to be some creaky floorboards etcâŠ. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating regarding our early check in ⊠breakfast was just lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay â

âHi, we really enjoyed our stay at The Globe House in the Legges Hill bedroom. It had everything we needed and the bathroom is simply amazing!
Regarding breakfast we would suggest more of a selection of cereals and perhaps some fruit juices and yoghurts in the fridge.
We will definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in a lovely location, convenient for all that Ironbridge has to offer.

âA good hotel in Telford with a really nice breakfast and spacious rooms. Had a problem when I left my mobile phone in a taxi, but it was sorted with excellent service from the hotel reception. Beer was good too....â
âOld building with a pub on the lower floor right in the middle of Ironbrigde Gorge area. Good food in the pub - not the ordinary pub grub - much more variate d and better cooked. Locals seem to like this place too which adds to the atmosphere. Rooms clean, staff very friendly and rooms well equipped with water boiler, free wifi and more. Would stay here again if ever passing Ironbridge Gorge again.â
