“The location is very close to Ft Leonard Wood, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and breakfast was excellent (eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles) compared to what other hotels generally offer as a complimentary breakfast. We would stay here again. I would have given it 5 stars except that there was too much noise coming through the ceiling from another guest above just walking around late into the night. It kept my husband from sleeping soundly.”

“We enjoyed the whole stay. Rooms were nice, clean great temperatures. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying and would recommend to anyone.”

“Grounds are well kept, but the rooms are tired. Old carpet and furniture. Very basic breakfast. The whole place has a musty smell, which we easily noted was coming from the hvac units, which probably haven't their filters changed in a long time. Lots of other options in the area”

“Water was cut off half a day, jacuzzi tub didn't work, look like hair half way up the wall in the bathroom (im sure this is from the cleaning team wiping down tubs and sinks then using the same rag to wipe down walls). Had to leave early no compensation or help from the front desk.”

“Tried calling several times to verify reservation with no answer. Pillow cases on the bed were dirty...Gal at front desk gave clean pillow cases, however she inspected the room before allowing us in. There was zero hot water for showers... Breakfast was only cereal. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Someone else's food and drinks were left in the fridge.”

“The service made up for anything the motel itself packed. Small extended stay motel, few services, and because I had booked online, the place was overbooked. Though, the service i was given made up for any technical issue that came up. They had been remodeling one of their longer term stay rooms that wasn't quite finished yet, so he asked if I'd be ok with it. The TV didn't work (I don't watch it) and I got to play with the AC a bit to get the compressor to kick on so it would cool off....

“This Hotel was really bad. Furniture in bad conditions (Desk Chair, lamp damaged, no TV, clothe dryer and Ice Maker Out of Service. Breakfast was not really good having to wait while they are cooking/preparing more food to being sable take something for you. In general the sensation of not clean place was noticed in this place. I definitely won’t consider a Quality Inn place again.”
