“The room was spacious and clean. We stayed for a sporting tournament and had close access to local coffee, Whole Foods, and eateries. Beds were comfortable. Staff was attentive and friendly. 10min walk to convention center. The hotel felt safe but typical downtown once you step outside. Would book again for how clean everything was and for how comfortable the beds were.”

“The room we had was great. It was spacious and the tall ceilings made it feel even more spacious. The elevator needed some repairs because most of the handrails were falling off. Depending on what kind of experience you want, this location was located near a few bars with people enjoying themselves.”

“While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I...

“You have to pay for parking per night it’s 46$. During the day same price. The breakfast options weren’t the best, but it was free. The bar hostess was the best. They made me feel at home while I had to work. There is a 25$ early check in fee. I checked in one hour early and it couldn’t be waived. The room was small but nice. Not for a family at all just for one or two guest. Coming from out of town (AZ) I don’t think this small city could tax so much. Overall I would give it a 4/10. I just...
