“This was my favorite hotel that I stayed in while in Kerala. The service was top notch - the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable! The property sits right on the water. The rooms are spacious. The food was wonderful. They helped me coordinate a canoe ride through the backwaters. In order to get to the property in this prime location, the car ride is on a small dirt road at the end.”

“Ok hotel although we were irritated because the manager promised to book a boat for us We specifically said we wanted a small boat to go to the backwaters and not to the lake. He said ok. The boat that came to pick us up was very big! When asking about that he said it would be safer than a smaller one and when we asked if it really would go to the backwaters he said no- only to the lake, since there are no backwaters! We refused to take the boat and arranged for one ourselves in another place,...
