Semi-detached house adjoining the owners' residence. A large living room with lounge area, TV, fireplace, dining area, and a small kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar. Independent access to the first ground-floor bedroom, with a king-size bed (180x200cm) that can be converted into two single beds (90cm) and a separate bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, an attic bedroom with a private shower room (small shower) and toilet (sofa bed).
Shared saltwater swimming pool (12x6m), 2.20m at its deepest point, accessed via a ladder secured by a dome and an alarm. The pool is open from April to the end of October. (Unheated pool)
A griddle and garden furniture are provided.
Laundry room (washing machine) shared with the owners. Baby equipment: cot and high chair. A country house on 4 hectares overlooking the village of Thenon. Enjoy the pleasures of the countryside in this flower-filled garden and stunning swimming pool. The Vézère Périgord Noir region offers a rich heritage to its visitors. Located at the entrance to Thenon, the L'Appel de la Forêt treetop adventure park is one of the largest adventure parks in the Dordogne. A traditional market is held every Tuesday morning. Nearby, you can discover the Tourtoirac cave, the Château de Hautefort, the Museum of Medicine, the painted caves of Montignac-Lascaux or Rouffignac, and the Château de l'Herm.
