Super Villa in Theoule-Sur-Mer, located in a private gated domain with amazing views of the bay of Cannes, and the Esterel mountains from most rooms.

Cannes just 15 minutes. Monte Carlo approx one hour.

Perfect holiday destination to visit the beaches, local restaurants, beach bars, water sports also fantastic for cycling and walking trails.

10 minutes walk to the beach and Port de La Rague with restaurants and beach bars. Less than a mile to both of the two local villages La Napoule and Theoule Sur Mer which have fine dining or easy eating and all the local shops including a bank, butchers, boulangeries etc.

At the villa you will be eating al fresco at the 12 seater outside dining table whilst cooking on the Webber BBQ. Watching the lights across Cannes twinkling is one of the best things in the world or watch the magnificent firework displays which take place most weeks during July and August.

The Villa's living accommodation is open plan with french doors in each area - kitchen, sitting and dining all opening to the pool and outside patio. The kitchen is separate whilst being part of the living area and is very well equipped with a built in oven, dishwasher as well as a combination microwave and plenty of cooking utensils.

There is a large flat screen TV with SKY and DVD player and of course WIFI.

All the bedrooms have comfortable double or superking beds with air conditioning and have been renovated to a high standard this year with wardrobes/drawers and USB plug socket for easy charging.

There are five bedrooms, two on the ground floor and three on the first floor.

The first floor master bedroom has a superking bed with an ensuite bathroom with bath and separate walk in rain shower and french doors leading out to the pool.

Enjoy a soak in the freestanding bath in the second master bedroom on the first floor whilst enjoying the triple aspect view from this amazing room, with its vaulted beamed ceiling.

The second bedroom on first floor has an ensuite shower room with a large walk in rainshower area.

We have a separate utility off the garage with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is plenty to keep you occupied during your stay being as lazy or adventurous as you like. Take a walk through the Esterel, a complete circuit of the headland L’Aiguille should take about 1 hour 15 minutes. Cycle to Cannes for breakfast and people watching - approximately half an hour ride, or take the ferry to le Île Sainte Marguerite or Île Saint-Honorat and spend a morning walking around this monks Island followed by lunch at the restaurant or take a picnic and sit at on of the many tables around the Island. Visit St.Tropez and the market on Sunday and Tuesdays or just sit by the pool and relax.

We have fabulous walking and bike trails on your doorstep best suited for April, May, June, September and October when it's not so hot.
