Antigon Urban Chic, is a wonderfuly restored historical building, which is a "boutique" 38 room 5 star hotel. If you were looking for a 5 star hotel with a pool and gym, then clearly we should not be your choice when shopping for hotels. Nevertheless, our 24/7 concierge would be happy to recommend nearby pools, gyms and exceptional dining within walking distance from our hotel, since we are so centrally located.We hope to see you again on your next Thessaloniki getaway.Kind regards,Antigon Team

Non-refundable rates are lower rates, because they are just that. Non-refundable. For your peace of mind, when there is a chance that your plans may change, there are flexible and semi-flexible plans, which you can change/cancel, according to the cancellation policy, within the alloted time. You called and requested to cancel your non-refundable reservation, less than 24hours before your arrival date,without providing a valid reason to justify an exception to be made to the cancelation policy. When the request was denied, you then accepted to use your reservation, for which we were very happy. After your very late check in at night, you contacted our front desk by phone the next morning to inform us that you would be out of town for two days and you would return for the last night of your reservation, which you never did, leaving a balance of the accomodation taxes unpaid. I regret that your circumstances did not allow for a good experience to take place in Thessaloniki, but Antigon Urban Chic played no part in it. The room sizes, as well as accurate photos of our rooms are available online and our hotel is very conveniently located at the center of Thessaloniki, which is vibrant and very safe for all kinds of travelers. I hope next time you decide to visit Thessaloniki, you will give Antigon Urban Chic a real chance to provide you with a great experience.Kind regards,John ZachariadisHotel Manager
