A little slice of paradise: this picturesque cottage, nestled in the mountains at 1,200 m, is accessible by car (winter equipment required). Just 5 minutes from a hamlet with local shops and services (bakery, convenience store, bar/tobacconist, pizzeria, restaurants, hairdresser, post office, doctor, pharmacy, petrol station), 10 minutes from Vic-sur-Cère (water park, supermarket, all shops) and 15 minutes from Le Lioran ski resort.

The 70 m² house has a living room with a stone fireplace, wood-burning stove, large farmhouse table, open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine in one bedroom (ladder access), bathroom with bathtub, separate WC, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, raclette and fondue sets), and washing machine. Cot and high chair on request. Wi-Fi available in the cottage. Outside: ski/bike/snowshoe storage, sun loungers, garden furniture, barbecue, play areas, uncovered terrace and on-site parking. Electric heating and wood-burning stove.
