âI can want to write this until I had another hotel to compare it with. This is not the best hotel there are others cleaner, where is no breakfast there was no wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes. I was bitten many times
Beach is not close it's 150 yards away sea is opposite but sea wall rocks are there. Worst for me was glazed tiles in bathroom/ shower obviously never heard of health and safety. Steep narrow steps to roomâ
âWe stayed here one night because we flew to Kochi Airport and the day after was gonna take a bus from Aluva to Munnar. This hotel is so good, blew our minds. A perfect little air conditioned oasis in the middle of the hot chaos. We liked it so much that we ended up spending a night there on our way back north again. Beds are god, shower good, staff is amazing and breakfast is ok. â
âThe staff was absolutely incredible- always kind, helpful and friendly. We came during mansoon season, so it always felt damp, but that is to be expected. The pool was lovely (you can buy a suit if you forgot one) and the food great. The chef was very accommodating and offered to make special gifts for our group. The spa offered wonderful massages at very reasonable prices as well. Overall a fantastic experience. â
âBooked a superior room...the most expensive of our trip....room quite basis so asked to move. No WiFi in rooms only in reception. Was almost immediately pounced on by sales guy trying to sell mectime share at the hotel. Booked massage and only found out there wa a "luxury" tax adding 32% making this,nearly three times,the cost of other massages elsewhere on trip.â
