“Really like UGH - our son goes to UU and this is excellent location to be close to campus. I was disappointed I booked day of and didn’t get a better deal. Definitely over priced at $266/night. Can find much cheaper places in SLC but we were in a bind. Excellent breakfast! ”

“This place is fun to go to once in a while as a quick vacay. The rooms are designed in fun themes and and nice ambiance. The downfall is this place needs a good go through. Lots of band aid fixes that should bw taken care of around the building. My room had 5 or 6 2x4s horizontally set up under the bed becuase the slats were broken or bowed all out of place and the joints between the headboards/running and foot boards were loose and wobble/ricketing (😅) Those are easy fixes for the comfort of...

“Receptionisten låg i en soffa vid receptionen när vi kom för att checka in. Rummet var stort och rent. Gammaldags möbler, men de var inte direkt slitna. Vi fick två rumsalternativ att välja mellan. Kaffebryggare i badrummet!!! Vi lyckades aldrig få något varmvatten. Lysröret vid garderobsdelen, lyste mycket svagt. Ganska tyst och trevligt område. Stor parkering. Hiss finns.”

“The name thing is a major confusion choice of a name, brand or company and stick to it. My sheets were dirty. The floor was sticky. Way too much of a charge for such little terrible experience and quality. I paid almost $400 for two nights and it was no better than a motel 6. do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This should be a last resort unless you wanna throw away your money”

“Location was perfect, beds were very comfy. Bathroom was a tight fit, room was clean beds were as well that I really appreciate. Breakfast could be a bit better but didn't book this for that reason so it was fine.”

“Stayed here for a night or two three years ago. It was then a Super 8. Today it’s called Royal Inn and it has gotten very run down and dirty. It looked like they were renovating some of the rooms. I would not stay here again. ”

“The hot tub has been broken down for a long time according to the front desk staff. The hot tub was the reason that property was picked above others. The buttons in my heater/air conditioner were all ripped off so I had to push random "buttons" to try to get it turned on and to the correct mode and temperature. Breakfast was an absolute joke. No juices, no eggs, no meats, etc. Never staying there again.”
