“The worst hotel experience that I've ever had. The beds were hard, the covers were dirty/stained up. The hotel smelled of marijuana. The rooms adjacent and next to mine, fought all night long and I mean fought. Loud screaming and pounding on the walls and doors. They were asked to leave but refused. “Such a charming hotel, centrally located in downtown. We stayed for 5 nights. Everyone was super friendly! Breakfast was good, the same variety every day, and the buffet was always replenished. The lounge/tables/restaurant area is beautiful.
There are 2 things I would like to see as improvements to make this hotel even better:
1) set up a coffee station in the lobby that goes beyond breakfast hours, maybe until 4pm, especially on weekends.
