“This was a really cute little place with plenty of room for our family of 5. It was just like a little mini house, but located in the serene forest. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. We’ll definitely return here for another fun family outing!”

“For the most part it seemed clean, but there was a wash cloth left in our shower. Customer service was okay. Breakfast was too chaotic. Too small of an area. The one thing my child wanted was out when we got there.”

“first off the pictures aren’t anything like the actual place. the hallways are creepy and old and the rooms are not well maintained. the pool and hot tub don’t even smell like they have chlorine in them and there was spiders by the hot tub. we checked in around 5 pm and left at about 8 pm cause we just couldn’t stand to sleep there and we aren’t even picky but it was pretty bad. there was dogs barking the whole time and didn’t feel safe with all the weirdos there. just spend more money on a...

“Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Nice pool and hot tub. Toilet in room wouldn’t stop running. Had troubles with the TV in our room, called the front desk and she said she’d be right up but never showed up. After messing with cords and the tv we got it figured out. Shampoo in room empty. Towels at pool were out, we and another guest told the front desk three times, no towels ever showed. It really is a nice place overall just just a few unfortunate issues that stood out.”

“I was so pleasantly surprised with Zenith Basecamp! Definitely the nicest "hostel" I've been to. All spaces- bedroom, bathroom and common areas- were clean and spacious”

“I call this hotel a minimalist hotel. This isn't a bad thing. We had a king size room for two. There was everything we needed in the room.The minimalist part is there was the pictures/art on the walls. There was a colorful rollup/down blind that added some "pop" to the room. There was one desk chair. Im a clean freak so would have liked the bathroom shower, sink and floor cleaner. However, it was acceptable. The mattress could use an upgrade. “The TV remote is run by solar. It didn’t work very well. The room was bigger than I thought it would be. Was pleasantly surprised when we walked into the room. Would stay there again.”
