“Very outdated property. Tub had rust stains, curtains didn't close all the way. The pillows were ok”

“The rooms and the building were lovely. My complaint is with the hot tubs. I brought a brand new black bathing suit along and maybe that was my mistake but there were so many chemicals in the hot tubs that after a multitude of washing my suit, it had changed from black to light grey after 1 use of the hot tub. One!!!! That’s $100 down the toilet to replace it. Advise: if u use the hot tubs, bring a crappy old bathing suit. Wow not a good first impression of this hotel. ”

“We have been utilizing Country Inn and Suites in Grand Forks twice a year for the past 7 years. Never a disappoint. Hot buffet breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, ample parking and close to shopping.”

“This hotel is great. We’ve stayed here before and I’d give it a 10/10. It’s under renovation right now and we had no idea when we booked this hotel. Things were upside down in the lobby, the game room was closed, no tea or coffee or hot chocolate that they usually have. Breakfast was terrible as well it was loud with a lot of banging from the Reno’s above us. Also it was to include two drinks which it did not. Hopefully after the Reno’s it will return to being great. However this trip,...
