“The rooms are run down need a major update”

“I'm 80+ years old and the staff put me in a room on the 1st floor. The staff offered to carry my bag and walked me to my room.”

“You could hear the people above us walking around quite loudly, breakfast was very meager in a tiny little room, parking is limited, and they offer no water to drink. None at breakfast area or even in the fitness center, no water fountains, no bottled water in rooms.. The only drinking water available was in their little store for $4”

“Bed was hard as a rock. The owner was rude to my dad over a deposit then changed his mind about it after seeing us. Was repeatedly going to call about changing locks but never did during a holiday weekend and I barely slept the entire time there despite using sleeping pills and alcohol. Hotel was too close to the road making any vehicle going by another way to wake us up. Was a horrible stay and will not recommend.”

“Very slow on the breakfast service. No food was ready to eat by the time breakfast was opened. Very limited staff.”

“Newly renovated rooms with mattresses so new, they still have the plastic on them!! Go here, and go here QUICK. EVERYTHING is clean, it shares a parking lot with Culver’s, and the rooms are big enough to host all your relatives in! My top praise is for Karen the 80 year old breakfast attendant! She is an 18 year employee and whips up simply the best meals with a lovely smile and is so kind I want her to join me at every breakfast! THANK YOU COMFORT INN”
