“We had some problem with the AC in our room, it had a loud rattling noice. Staff checked it up and offered us another room. The AC was still somewhat noicy in this room as well but far better than first. We think maintenance did some adjustments because it was better later in the evening.
Otherwise good location and friendly helpful staff.
Bathrooms could need an upgrade.

“We liked our stay at this hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly with a welcoming attitude with a smile. We had lake view facing room which was perfect. Room was clean by HK staff every single day making it comfortable for us. Same food options every single day for breakfast made it kind of boring after 2nd day.
Items for breakfast were well stocked.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and definitely will be back soon.”
