“The property sits on Hwy 97 at the north end of the city. It is convenient if you come from the north. The building is aging but the interior is well kept. The bath tub in our room is deep. It may not be the most suitable for those with mobility challenges. We like the good-sized desk and the armchair in our room. The parking lot filled up quickly. It is also used by the patrons of the Denny's. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly. The housekeeping staff was helpful.”
“Unfortunately, our stay was not as good as expected. The room did not seem properly cleaned—we actually found someone’s underwear left on a chair, which was very uncomfortable and made us question whether the room had been cleaned at all.
The room lighting was also extremely dim. The bathroom was very tiny, and even the toilet was unusually small and uncomfortable to use. Overall, cleanliness and comfort definitely need improvement.”
