    The Space:

    Enjoy this private retreat seated in the woods of Thompsonville on your next family vacation or getaway with friends! The furnished deck and private balcony overlook the foliage and offer great spots to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Enjoy nights by the fire pit, roasting marshmallows under the stars for classic s'mores. The wood-burning stove will keep everyone warm on colder days, and the full kitchen is ready for comforting, home-cooked meals for the whole group. Don't forget to stop by the hot tub in the Crystal Spa & Fitness Center at Crystal Mountain Resort! Plus, if you stay during the colder months, this home makes for a great home base for a ski trip to Crystal Mountain. At the base of Crystal Mountain, guests can enjoy nearby resort activities such as skiing, snowboarding, and hiking! The mountain offers runs for all experience levels during the winter months so that the whole family can have fun on fresh powder. In warmer months, take a leisurely walk and view the unique art exhibits in Michigan Legacy Art Park, or play a round of golf on the resort's course. If you brought little ones along, spend warm days at the Park at Water's Edge, a waterpark featuring slides and fountains to cool off in. For a day trip, head over to Lake Michigan for a day on the sand and a swim in clear waters just 18 miles away. Things to know: Free WiFi, full kitchen, private gas grill, shared pool, sauna, hot tub, and tennis court. All resort amenities must be paid for separately on a pay-as-you-go basis through the resort. VueStay offers lodging only. VueStay Vacations manages this property. Fantastic location, clean, amenities were great, had everything we needed for kitchen, we actually talked about potentially purchasing the home since it’s for sale! Perfect for families who love to ski (and I suspect golf!)!

Great location just steps away from all. Of the fun Crystal Mountain has to offer. This property has plenty of room to spread out and relax. Had everything we needed to have an excellent 4th of July cookout. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable house. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Not well stocked but that is always true of properties managed by Vacasa. The location was very convenient and close to all attractions on the property.

Great home base

Excellent location--easy to ski, sled and play laser tag. The house had everything you need, including most kitchen gadgets. would definitely stay here again.

Tremendous Stay at Crystal.

The Mckkenzie Lodge wass perfect for our stay. Clean, accurate, and incredibly comfortable listing. Very well stocked for any trip. We hope to be back soon.
