The woman working at the front desk was very unfriendly. Would never stay here again. The price is too high for the rooms to be so outdated.

the room was not like what was pictured. the room was dirty. we woke up to a cockroach crawling on my friend in the middle of the night. The manager of the hotel did not believe us. And did not offer any sort of way to offset the terrible experience. I would NEVER recommend anyone stay here. EVER. It's disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting. Smelled of stale cigarettes and pot. Garbage all around the property. Paint falling off the walls and rusted door frames. Shoes stuck rhe floor as you walk in the room to make it even worse.

This hotel is a joke, they would not allow me to check in because it was 1:30am. I had a reservation and had been traveling all day. I have never experienced a name brand hotel that would not allow guest to check in. Staff was also very rude!! It’s worth the few extra bucks to stay somewhere else.

I want a refund, 1 did not ask for a handicapped shower, the water was actually hitting my face while showering getting my ears wet which I'm not supposed to due to ears in eardrums(not fighting double ear infections) 2. The shower handle came apart from the wall grabbing on to it getting in and almost fell. 3 the bathroom mirror was filthy and no smoke detector.

We did not stay! The room was VERY dirty, the pillows look like they had been slept on. 1 of the towels had been used. We would like our money returned.

Black hair and blonde hair in the sheets (mine is pink, my bf shaves his head ) toilet didn’t flush , the door to the room next door don’t lock or shut and was held closed by a desk , broken bench . And just dirty all around

Property well below Days Inn standards. Ice machine broken, insects in room, tub/shower like grease (fell, back badly bruised), only hot water at sink. Will not stay again.

Booked because of previous very satisfactory Days Inn stays at other properties. This property was not up to the brands standards. Breakfast was coffee and a banana. The ice machine was broken, ice was brought in a cooler from the restaurant next door. The plumbing was terrible. I could only get hot water out of the bathroom faucet, no cold water. My travel companion fell in the slippery tub and has numerous severe bruises on her back and thighs. This was brought to the manager's attention and we were told to put a towel in the tub. When we asked for a towel to dry with we were begrudgingly given one. I chased numerous spiders and bugs on the floor in the room. The tub did not drain (the towel was pulled from the drain). By the end of my shower the water was above my ankles. The manager was mostly very polite and accommodating. If the property was maintained as well as his gorgeous fish tank, it would be a stellar Days Inn.

Property is rundown quite a bit. Rooms need repair to certain areas. When we checked in this time there was food in fridge ashes in drawers ( we had smoking rooms), and roaches. We only stayed because they accept pets. Our 3rd time here. In trying to make our stay extended had a very hard time with staff trying to communicate with foreign staff. Almost turned into a fight, and individual obviously hates her job, but we did manage to get an extension. There was no breakfast coffee for about 5 days. Just an older establishment that depends on locals to maintain.

Check in was smooth, the gentleman found my reservation quickly. Accommodation was just what we needed, room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was amazing. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Pet friendly, our dog JoJo enjoyed the stay also.

During the stay the room was stuffy. The power went out in the whole facility an was out for hours and very little was done to explain to guests what was going on or help with the inconvenience.

Would not come back if i had to. WAY over priced!!! Paint peeling off the walls and ceiling. Front desk person, could not understand a word he said. Bathrooms not cleaned. Absolutely the worst place i have ever stayed. And again WAY over priced even for it being for a hugh event in the area. Never again.

This was by far the nastiest hotel I have ever been in. Floors were filthy, bathrooms were filthy and entire facility smells nasty. I am wondering how Holiday Inn could allow a facility like this be associated with their brand.

Staff didn't seem enthused to be there. There was a phone with a sign that said "pick up for service". When I picked it up it rang to the phone on the counter in front of me. Took a long time to get staff there to check in.

Don't stay here
We felt uncomfortable walking in the front door of this place. Felt like it was a place where people go to do "shady deals". The person who checked us in was rude. I don't like to give bad reviews for anyone - but this place is not a place I would ever go to again. Our room was dirty - tops of desk and microwave was quite sticky to the touch. I'm not convinced the sheets were changed - our pillows certainly looked like they had been slept on. There was banging on doors across from our room at 5 am. I could not wait to get out of there. Hotel person at check out was the same from the night before - and was even less amiable to deal with.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room they gave us had roaches. When we told the man at the desk, he did not apologize but just gave us a key to another room. Our next room had hit all over the sink, very aged and dirty bathroom fixtures, a toilet that moved when we at on it, a smoke detector that had been ripped off of the wall and placed on a table, the inside lock has been ripped off of the door, etc. It was so dirty, we did not want to even shower or brush our teeth in this hotel. This place should be shut down.

You’re getting exactly what you pay for with the property. It wasn’t awful; room was clean but not pristine, towels smelled clean but we only got 2 and they were obviously old, beds were fine for the night but also obviously old, there was duct tape on the shower floor and the toilet backed up, but the water was hot & the pressure was good. It’s the perfect cheap room to land if you’re just looking for a place to stay while on the road, but I wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay. Staff was very friendly.

Owner was just as rude as he can be. Hotel stunk of cigarettes smoke, nasty rooms , dirty towels, & no house keepers. I do not what’s so ever recommend this hotel.

Our stay was only for 1 night and we did not enjoy it. There really wasn’t any light. The room smelled light cigarettes. There was stuff underneath the bed like trash. The tub/shower looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a few weeks. The faucet on the sink was loose and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Then the microwave had brown rings around the glass on the microwave door. So disgusting and we felt uncomfortable.

Absolute worst Days Inn I have ever stayed at. Dirty, old, broken bathroom, ceiling falling down. Only reason we stayed there was because it was last minute.
