“The view at the arrival gave high expectations. Amazing surroundings and beautiful building. But the more we saw, the more disappointment. Room were smelly, old and renovated without heart. The dinner was quite good but the vegetarian alternative was a catastrophe. The breakfast terrible with an absent staff. More than half hour after breakfast was finished, there were still no staff that cleaned the tables. A beautiful building is presented without heart. Too bad.”

“Bathroom was clean, though pillows had make-up stains on and the heating was only turned on when we arrive so took a while to warm up. Staff friendly when we arrived. it is above a pretty noisy pub with inside steps from the pub or a fire escape style staircase from outside. Could hear a couple having an arguemnt on the street below as well. All in all, convenient if needing to be in area but not one if you need somewhere a bit more accessible or quiet.”

“Yes it was terrible. On arrival, they changed our room several times. There was no heating and no warm water. we complained to the management and was told we would get a refund but nothing was done. We didn't go the 2nd night and we still didn't get anything. Reported to expedia, was told they would look into it but it's been weeks now and no feedback.
