“Hotel is very run down. In badly need of an upgrade. The heat in our room didn’t work, which made the room very cold. No hot water for showering. Windows in hallway was so crooked it didn’t shut. Breakfast consisted of 2 bags of toast and bagel, juice cartoons, coffee and some dry eggs. Worse breakfast than the cheapest motels. When telling staff about our experience the answer we got was that hotel was over 40 years old, and they do what they can to update it.”

“My room was dirty. I found hair on my own pillows and on the sheet I had to brush stuff off the sheets when I pulled back the covers and the end table that's connected to the wall. Has stuff still on it. Also there was only two poor pillows. I had to go request a pillow from the front desk which they did give me but he had it to me with the pillow and the pillowcase alone. I had to put up the pillowcase myself on. If I didn't need a room to sleep the night I would have found something else but I...

“hotel ok for a budget traveler. wifi ok. cleaners knocked twice in the morning to see if we are out which was annoying since we got in late and were very tired. we were out by 9 so not like we slept in. linens clean but room could use more cleaning. comfortable, big room. looks like they did an upgrade on furnishing.”
