“Great location, very modern, great amenities- my second or third stay here. A lively area 12 min walk from west lake and shopping ; clubs & restaurants right across the road - some rooms hear the music all night long so light sleepers may request a back side room. ”

“It looks like the property is undergoing some renovations. Check-in was done by someone at the reception counter who cannot speak English. He came upto our room, but the key card was not working. We had to go back to the reception to get another card for another room. Wifi password was provided only after we asked for it. But the connection was very bad. No breakfast provided. No restaurants at the hotel. The shower handle at the bathroom was leaking water everywhere. The reception...
