The Space:

Welcome to your Sequoia National Park getaway! Let's start with the cozy bedrooms. You'll find a super comfy king-size bed in both, perfect for a good night's sleep after all your adventures. The living room is a great place to chill out, and there's a sofa bed if you have extra friends or family. The kitchen is all set up for you to cook up some delicious meals, and the dining room is ready for you to enjoy them. Step outside onto the patio for your morning coffee or to relax in the evening. The backyard gives you even more space to enjoy the fresh air. Plus, there's a handy laundry room to make things easy, especially if you're staying a while.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire unit, including both king bedrooms, the living room with a sofa bed, the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, and the laundry room. Step outside to enjoy the patio and backyard. Don't forget to take advantage of the shared courtyard, complete with tables, seating, games, and a BBQ pit – perfect for socializing and enjoying the outdoors!



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the charming town of Three Rivers, your getaway is a stone's throw from the majestic Sequoia National Park (a quick 10-minute drive!). You'll find a few local dining options within a short drive, offering everything from casual fare to satisfying meals after a day of exploring. For groceries and any essentials, you'll find shops conveniently located in town. Three Rivers itself is a small, friendly community, so you'll get a feel for the relaxed pace of life here. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the easy access to the natural wonders of the area.



Getting Around:

Getting around Three Rivers is easiest by car, as public transportation options are limited. However, you'll find ample free parking on the street right outside the unit. For those flying in, the closest major airport is Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT), approximately a 1 hour and 45-minute drive away. Driving directions will be provided upon booking. Enjoy the scenic drive!



Other Things to Note:

Important details for your stay at Escape to Muniz Village Unit B: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early or late check-in/out may be possible with prior approval and a fee of $50 per hour. Please dispose of all trash in the provided bins as we are on a septic system. To help conserve energy, please turn off the AC/heater and lights when you depart. Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside the unit; additional cleaning fees will apply if violated. We also do not allow pets. Kindly leave your shoes outside. If you plan to use the BBQ, please clean it after use, and let us know in advance if you plan to have a fire, as we need to check with CalFire daily due to the high fire risk. Please refrain from feeding the neighbors' animals or any wildlife. Finally, no parties are allowed, and charging electric vehicles requires prior approval. Enjoy your stay!
