Jazzdagen Dutch Retreat - Utsikt, utsikt, utsikt!

Top of the hill kan också känna som toppen av berget! 360 graders utsikt är helt enkelt spektakulära och så kanske du aldrig vill lämna!

Välvda tak, öppen planlösning, golv till tak fönster, endast elektrisk - ingen propan, öppen spis, WiFi och mycket mer!

Detta 2 sovrum plus ett loft och 3 badrum hem erbjuder gott om utrymme för alla att sprida och koppla av!

Den öppna planlösningen, högt i tak och golv till takfönster gör denna jazzdags nederländska reträtt känsla rymlig men ändå välkomnande samtidigt.

Köket är öppet och rymligt för kocken i familjen! Det finns en centrumö som rymmer 4 personer som kan hjälpa till att förbereda mat för kocken, eller bara umgås medan kocken gör allt arbete! Köket har alla stora apparater, tallrikar, kastruller och kokkärl, och många av dina små apparater inklusive ett kylskåp med vin!

Vardagsrummet har sittplatser runt eldstaden för kalla vinternätter. Det finns också en platt-TV med kabel-tv för alla att koppla av under de sena timmarna på natten.

Det stora sovrummet ligger på den nedre våningen nära vardagsrummet och har ett eget badrum med dusch och dubbla handfat. Njut av lite extra luxery under din vistelse med vår jacuzzi-badkar, handdukshängare och radiant uppvärmda badrumsgolv! Detta sovrum har en queen size-säng med en fantastisk utsikt från skjutdörren som leder ut till baksidan uteplatsen.

Det andra sovrummet ligger nära huvudgången på framsidan av huset. Detta sovrum erbjuder en queen size futon för en säng. Detta sovrum har också en angränsande dörr till sovrummet.

Loftet erbjuder en full storlek Murphy Bed. Dra ner den här sängen när du behöver det eller håll den kvar och använd den för extra utrymme för barnen att leka!

Det 2: a badrummet ligger på huvudnivån och har dusch.

Det tredje badrummet ligger på andra våningen i loftet och har dusch.

VÄNLIGEN NOTERA:
Det stora sovrummet badrummet har inga dörrar för dusch / badkar området. Det är en öppen hall som delar duschen, jacuzzi och handfat. Toaletten har en dörr för integritet.

Övervåningen sovrummet har begränsad integritet på grund av loftet layout. Det finns inga dörrar för att stänga sovrummet från resten av huset.

You simply can't beat the views from the house. From morning sunrise picking over the mountains to warm sunsets to panoramic views of the town bellow, to viewing Milky Way at night, it was simply beautiful. The house was well located with proximity to the Sequoia National Park. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a week long getaway. This was our first trip to California and I have to say that it was very memorable. Our kids loved seeing bunnies and a family of valley quail running around the property. The flowering bush outside of kitchen window attracted humming birds and it was fun to see the road runner and wild turkeys roaming the streets. If you have never been to Three Rivers, I would recommend stocking up on food before you get there. The town had one small general store with limited selection. Sequoia National Park entrance was a short drive from the house. I would also recommend stopping by Three Rivers Historical Museum to learn about the local history and see all the exhibits they have on display. The staff was very knowledgeable and we were even able to purchase a seven day pass to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks so that we can skip the long lines to get in.

A haven in three rivers

Wonderful home base as we explore Sequoia and King’s Canyon National Park. Beautiful, rustic design, high ceiling, lots of windows lend this house lots of light and ventilation. Just a chill place to relax and enjoy family time.

Hiking trip

My husband, adult children and their spouses stayed here for our hiking trip. The views were breathtaking. We loved the accommodations. The owners were in communication with us. The location had everything we needed. Buy Groceries before you get to town. There isca store but it is a limited selection. I would stay again for sure Buy groceries

Very nice rental for 6 people

The 3 bathrooms and laundry room are amazing for our big group. Beds all comfortable Nice views and bbq convenient to do some grilling About 60 minutes up to Sequoia, pretty convenient Enjoyed three Rivers brewing down the street Fun play area for the kids in River across the street, just have to hike down the rock bank and across debris field

Sequoia get away

Great accommodations, beautiful cabin and setting. Definitely recommend it. Only negative is the drive getting to the property. There’s a couple of pot holes that would swallow a small car. We were in a large suv.

Gorgeous Views

Off the beaten path for sure and so worth the circuitous route to get there! Gorgeous views and very cozy rooms. Our family stayed here in April and its location to Sequoia NP was perfect. Hosts were super responsive. Great pick.

Beautiful Area

The house is just as described, in my picky opinion, it needs more attention to cleanliness and small maintenance details. Some table games or other in-house activities would be perfect. Be really careful of the insects/wildlife, I found a scorpion in my bed. We would stay again, I could never get bored of Sequoia Ntnl Park.

Awesome, clean, beautiful cabin, with incredible views.

We really loved our stay. The A-Frame views of Three Rivers, and the upper bedroom views of Lake Kaweah were amazing. The kitchen was large and very functional. The common area was spacious, and have a great table for playing games at night. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well stocked. The location was private with easy access to town and the park. I hope to come back one day soon!

Friends Get toTogether

We had friends reunion. The cabin was the perfect place to hang out. The view was awesome from the back deck. Kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were very nicely done. Had a great day.

All about the view

Nice alternative to camping inside the park, especially due to terrific mountain view. In one night, we were treated to clear skies and shooting stars on the deck, followed by a robust electrical storm and light show out the large windows. A brief power outage following the storm left us without running water, as it turned out the water comes in via electric pump. Large property, but Outside the deck, the outdoor space was too rocky and steep for the kids to play on. Mostly fun for watching quails and other wildlife cruie by.

Vacation 2022

Overall, had a great stay. The views here are AMAZING!!! Plenty of room for my family of 4. Enjoyed the BBQ pit and relaxing on the balcony. My only suggestion…and only reason I rated as a 4, is that I didn’t find that this property was stocked with things that I have had at several other rentals. The kitchen essentials in particular. Also, no washcloths in the entire cabin. Is that a California thing? Lol Overall a great stay, and would definitely come back and recommend for others to visit!!!

Spectacular view, great communication

The house has a spectacular, commanding view of the valley below it and the Sierras beyond. Huge A frame windows in the living room. The air conditioning works very well. An excellent base to visit Sequoia National Park, and a half hour drive to Costco and Walmart in Visalia. Smart TV so you can log into whatever memberships you have at home. The property manager, Sheila, was extremely helpful and attentive. She helped us several times during our stay, and was available for assistance without ever being intrusive. A wonderful experience!

Clean and bright space in an incredible location

Our family of 5 loved this house. It was clean and modern. It was stocked with everything we needed and much more. The towel warmers and heated floors in the bathrooms were a nice touch. The views all around the property are incredible. We loved it.

Beautiful sunrise, even better moonrise

# 1. Read the COMPLETE directions to the property especially if you're arriving after dark. # 2. If you're a man, see # 1. Seriously, we got to the top of the drive and I thought this has got to be wrong. NOPE....never made it to the part, "take a 90 degree left at the top of the hill". Nonetheless, we made it. We had the beauty of arriving at dark and waking up to our first view. It did not disappoint. We travel to the Great Smokey Mountains NP yearly and it reminded me of a common view we enjoy there. The property was as described. Sure, it could use some light refreshing but part of what my wife and I like to do it play, "if this was our place" so, I perfect retreat would have ruined it. AC worked perfect. It was hot! Not the muggy hot like here in the south but a weak system would have crashed the trip. All appliances worked and it had everything we needed for the trip. Pay attention to the layout. Make sure it's gonna work for you. Family of four with two teenage boys and it worked fine for us. Enjoyed the rabbits, quail, hummingbirds daily. Wasn't too fancy on the scorpion sunbathing in the floor when I woke up one morning....simply scooped it up and tossed it out! Probably made it in during one of the many trips out to the patio. You're visiting their home too, so I would expect a few unexpected critters. Overall, I give it a 5 for location, scenery, and communication. If we weren't 2k miles away....we'd visit more often.

Better in the winter. East facing panorama window cooks in the morning.

Maybe one of the nicer places in Three Rivers. That’s not saying much…. This could be a nice place except for these things: - bed bugs - linens were dingy and limited - decor was sparse and spooky - TVs are cheap/old - dated interior with limited character - driveway is scary and narrow on a ridge Could have been ok with a few fixes. See if they have… I recommend making Sequoya a day trip until they have nicer digs in town.
