“The first room: AC would not cool the room. It would operate for about 2-3 minutes and then cycle off for ~ 10 minutes, while the room was in the 80s and the unit was set for 73 (would not go lower). Bathroom had long hairs in the shower and sink. And...there were bed bugs. Mattress had blood stains and obvious tracks from other infestations.
Second room: Bathroom had large cracked tiles, long term stained and worn down bath tub / sink. But new matresses! And...AC that did the same thing as...

“Overall great experience and quality for the price! Obviously it's not a name brand hotel but the place was very clean and nice. Staff was helpful and courteous! There were a few minor things I would expect to be little better like having more towels and wash clothes already in the room and the tv remote didn't want to work half the time but we didn't use the tv much anyway. The AC worked great and the beds were actually very comfortable! I would definitely book there again!”

Tried calling desk; phone did not work. Room: well designed, spacious, efficient. Bed: comfortable, pillows too soft/non-supportive; sofabed too.
No “FREE Premium WiFi”; web & key-card folder advertise “Free Premium WiFi”. Reality: “Standard WiFi” was free, “Premium WiFi” was $4.95/day. The difference: ability to see...

“My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!”
