    *Enjoy the upscale living room with a reclining couch, Roku TV and fibre optic wifi.
    * Prepare a delicious meal in the updated kitchen
    *Go for a stroll on the path steps away, better yet take one of the provided bikes down the scenic bike path along the river or up to the beautiful Friendship Gardens.
    *There are 4 bedrooms of various sizes with 4 queen beds and 2 twin beds. 3 of the bedrooms also have desks.
    *Main floor laundry
    * One of the bedrooms has a TV
    *This home has 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 on the second level with an extra 2 pc. washroom upstairs.
    *Pac N Play and high chair are available on request.
    *Enjoy a beverage under the canopy of the towering fir trees.
    *New starting July 2026 you will have a private patio with gazebo in the back yard.
    *It is a completely independent unit with no shared spaces. ***There is a basement apartment which is completely separate and independent•••

    * You are booking a main floor and second floor of a house which is completely self contained and independent with no shared spaces.

    *The deck and everything on it belongs to the basement tenant.
    * New starting July 2026. You will have a private patio with gazebo in the back yard.
    *Parking is available for a car and truck.
    *Ask about bike usage
    *Grass cutting, shovelling or snow blowing may happen during your stay, as required.
    *Although it can sleep up to 8 people comfortably , the kitchen will only seat 6 people.
    *It's been our experience that for some reason kids love jumping and stomping up and down the stairs, just a friendly reminder to be more mindful and respectful, thanks.

Host was easy to reach, returned messages right away, and was so friendly. The house was as expected; clean and modern. The location was perfect; close to shops, restaurants and parks. I would highly recommend this house for their stay in Thunder Bay.

The house was perfect for three couples sharing the home for a few days for a family reunion. Enough space to sit and visit and bedrooms were sufficient for the couples. Good that there was a second powder room. Kitchen was well equipped for meals.The house was central for getting around Thunder Bay.

Very functional and efficient use of the space. Really nice place for a stay away from home. The ac stopped working for one day of our stay but resolved itself the following morning. The downstairs tenant also blocked the drive way / utilized all directed parking spots without communicating this to the host. Otherwise it is a good neighbourhood and the space was very clean and very thoughtful.

Beautiful, very clean house! We were two couples, one slept upstairs and one on the main floor so it felt like you had your own space. Kitchen was great for cooking the meals we wanted to. We didn't use the backyard but it would be nice for visiting and kids to run around. Highly, highly recommend this vacation house!!

The property was great. We were in Thunder Bay for work for the week and the accommodations had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great place for family to come together

We stayed here over two weeks and enjoyed all the comforts of home in a clean, modern, and welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed family dinners in the back garden some evenings and the host host was very friendly and easy to communicate with.
