Nice hotel, room was clean and serviceable. Hallways kind of noisy and no hot breakfast as kitchen was still under construction. Overall happy.

Noisy at night due to train and homeless. I understand it’s out of the facility’s control. The rooms are nice, just could use better cleaning, there were crumbs and dust in easy to reach areas. Service was great, all staff were wonderful.

Clean rooms. Delightful and unique furnishings. Very comfortable. You need a credit card as expected to check in otherwise, bring cash. Parking was full but, there's extra parking across the street.

A boutique hotel, room was small but nicely appointed. Windows were quite drafty, view was of a brick wall. Good quality blinds took care of both issues. Breakfast not available yet. Nice quiet place for a short stay.

I requested a pet friendly hotel and booked. They checked me in a room charged me $25 a dog. After I checked in with my luggage and brought in one of my dogs they made me change room to a much smaller room. They knew I had dogs because they charged me for them.

I stayed here in December and loved the hotel the staff were great and the room was beautiful. I booked again for the end of March and the room we were given looked like it hadn’t been cleaned very well. There was dust and stuff on the floor and it looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly vacuumed. There were also little hairs found on the bed spread, towels and on the wall in the shower. One of the bedside lamps also had paint chipping off the interior and would fall around the nightstand, floor and on the bed. It’s really disappointing because I loved my stay here a few months ago.

The hotel is very clean, fairly new which is nice, beds comfy and everythign was clean and fresh. Not a negative but continental breakfast was just oks as compared to some tohers but did the job :) We come back

Pros: hotel is downtown, lots of great restaurants in walking distance room was clean, breakfast was good. My room this time was much bigger than the last, love that. Lots of things to do in the area to 3min walk to Prince Arthur landing, Countdown escape room 4 min drive etc. About 15-20 min drive to airport. Cons: Parking on premise is limited to about 10 car (not good for someone like me from sunny climate) however secondary parkinglot across the street is usually empty. No laundry on premises. Largest con: the elevator on the first floor needs to be fixed. It closes quickly

This is one of my favorite hotel I have stayed. It is a small economical hotel in heart of Thunder Bay. I loved the ambience. Hotel including the room had a modern touch to it. Only issues were the shower glass door missing from one end which hotel staff adviced they are working on a solution and car parking across the street open to public. Overall it was a very pleasant experience staying in this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Appears to be an old building that has been extensively renovated. It was very clean! Arrived March 21,2024 at about 9pm. Staff were incredibley helpful with parking (i had a small tent trailer) even though the parking lot was full. Available on-site parking is small. Only issue was that the main floor with reception, fitness room and breakfast room was not served by the elevator so makes accessibility difficult. Guest rooms were served by the elevator. Wonderful stay overnight.

Definitely not handicap friendly. Night stand had fresh coffee residue from previous guest. The room also had an unpleasant scent. Worst Best Western ever stayed at.

The room was not properly clean and even when I went to use washroom the shower head was broken and when I enter in hotel they charged me $100 as a damage deposit and told that they will refund it after I checked out of room, but I am still waiting for refund. Overall experience was ok , I would say a one star hotel.

Included breakfast was pathetic, some prepackaged muffins, some bread, yogurt, or basic cereals with nothing to top them. That's it. Room was ugly with lime green doors. Bed was very comfortable though.
