Casa Jaime är en två sovrum, två badrum lyxvilla med en mycket privat pool

Denna typiska villa i kanarisk stil ligger i Los Pocillos-området i Puerto Del Carmen, bekvämt beläget i en mycket privat, mycket avkopplande miljö inom gångavstånd från stranden, affärer, restauranger och barer.

Villan nås ner en kort öppen gångväg mellan två liknande villor. Frontporten vetter mot det mycket privata och avskilda poolområdet.

Poolen är elektriskt uppvärmd och hålls vid en temperatur på 28 grader under hela året.

Ytterdörren till villan ligger på en täckt terrass framför fastigheten. Uteserveringen har en bekväm sittgrupp som är perfekt för ett morgonkaffe eller en tidig kvällsdrink i solen.

Ytterdörren vetter mot vardagsrummet och öppet fullt utrustat kök, det finns en kort korridor härifrån som leder till sovrummen och badrummet.

Sovrum 1 har en stor dubbelsäng och eget duschrum med duschkabin.

Sovrum 2 har två enkelsängar. Det andra badrummet är utrustat med ett badkar och en overheaddusch.

Villan är utrustad med ett elektroniskt larmsystem.

This was our 3rd stay in Casa Jamie and although the location is fantastic for us, the villa itself is now a little tired and in need of upgrade and maintenance.The pool needs attention, the sun loungers and outside furniture are very tired and internally it’s now dated and could be so much better with a few improvements.I don’t like to give a poor review but I must be honest and say we will look for another villa in the same area for our next visit but if improvements are made we would consider staying again.

Casa Jamie is a beautiful villa and a real home from home with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The 3 outdoor seating areas are fab and offer both sunshine and shade and the pool is perfect for cooling down on really hot days. Overall, this is an amazing villa which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with a 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach, bars and restauraunts. Thanks Conor, we will definitely be back again!

Fantastic property we will return

This is a fantastic property in a great location and very quiet. Rooms are spacious and clean and has everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms also have air conditioning. The pool is also a great area and a good size. Ideal for a family. There is shaded areas as well during the day. You are very close to the beach and supermarket. Taxis and buses are also nearby. There are a few restaurants nearby and you are also not too far way from the main strip. Communication with the owner is excellent. During our 10 night stay the pool was cleaned twice and the villa was cleaned half way during our stay. We will definitely return to this property.

Excellent Villa

Had a lovely 10 night stay at this villa, the location is close to all amenities, but yet the area is lovely and quiet. there is plenty of space around the pool, you can have sunshine or shade whenever you wish. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this villa and hope to return again.

Nice villa

Very well laid out ,cleanKitchen - everything you need Lounge good size although light bulbs need sorting in lounge ceiling light - one had blown one flickered and also different colours in bulbs that’s me being fussy .Bedrooms very good Pool area good and ample seating and umbrellas and pool towels tooNear to beach and restaurants. Bus close by and taxis too We went by bus to Arrecife busses very easy to use villa Very private and quiet and close to airport

Great place

A lovely place with plenty of room. The outside area is particularly pleasant, with great views. A short walk to the sea and restaurants and not too far to walk into the heart of Puerto del Carmen. Highly recommended.

Lovely Villa photos don't do it justice.

My wife and I enjoyed the private and secure location of this villa. There was just the two of us however the internal rooms are generously proportioned with good space for a family of four. All areas were really clean and well equipped and professionally presented. The queen size bed in the main bedroom was most comfortable and much better than some I've had in hotels also bedding is of of a good standard.Air con was excellent.A welcome pack of milk water and bottle of wine when we arrived was much appreciated. Ample parking in the roadway just outside for our hire car though the car is not needed if you enjoy a short stroll to restaurants bars in Los Picollos or more 20-30 minute energetic and lively outing into Playa Del carmen The heated pool a decent size was cleaned twice during our weeks stay and warm enough of to swim in without gritting your teeth as can happen this time of year.There are different sunbathing/sitting areas around the villa all with plenty of sunbeds armchairs and tables so you can find the sun anytime of the day.As my above title says the pictures certainly do not do this lovely villa justice.

Fantastic wee villa, very well equipped. Everything works perfectly and the place is spotlessly clean.In a great area, very quiet but close enough to shops, bars e.t.c. to mean you can get by without hiring a car.Conor answered any questions quickly and was a great host.

Wonderful stay at this property, very comfortable bed - big plus! Walk in shower ideal. Lovely outdoor area with plenty spaces to sit either in shade or sun. High quality appliances, linens and outdoor furniture. Would definitely return.

A great find.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Casa Jaime. All communication was fantastic and nothing was a problem. The villa is situated in a great position with plenty shops and wonderful restaurants an easy 10-15 mins walk away (5 mins to the shop at the bottom of the road and beach). It took us 6 mins in a taxi from the airport - perfect. The outdoor space is fabulous and there is so much space. The photos definitely don’t do it justice. We loved all the loungers, eating areas and sun umbrellas. The house had everything we needed (including a shopping trolley). The welcome pack was much appreciated. We would highly recommend this lovely private villa. Thank you.

The Villa is well equipped and maintained with very private and spacious grounds. It is located in a quiet area of Puerto Del Carmen, within walking distance of the beach. Pool size is generous. Perfect

Having stayed at Casa Jaime last September we had no hesitation in booking again for our latest visit to Lanzarote. The villa is perfectly located with a short walk to the nearest amenities and if you don’t have a car then a shopping trolly is available to use. The villa itself is perfect for a couple but would equally suit a family of 4 with 2 spacious bedrooms with air-con which you really appreciate! From the initial confirmation of booking with owner Conor to Louise, the local contact, the whole process of booking is handled professionally and quickly. It’s a real ‘home from home’ and if you want to stay in and cook, everything is there that you could possibly need. The outside space is brilliant and you can lie in the sun all day or sit comfortably in the shade. The villa is very private and the area very peaceful. Just waiting for flight information for next September and we will be back for our 3rd visit to this fantastic property.

Just Perfect

Having visited Lanzarote since 2010, I can honestly say that Casa Jamie is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. It has fantastic outside space with several different areas for chasing or avoiding the sun should you wish. There are also several areas for outside dining and the pool is the perfect size for 2 or 4 people. Inside is great with the ideal size bedrooms, plenty coat hangers, (many don't) a good kitchen and living area and the air con in the bedrooms was a life saver! We received a generous welcome pack which was much appreciated. It was also good to see that if things have been left by previous guests, like olive oil, spices, salt etc, these were all there so you weren't starting from scratch like others we have stayed in. The location is perfect for the part of PDC that we prefer so no taxis were required except for our 2 visits up to the Old Town to eat. We had a car, although you certainly don't need one, and there's plenty on-street parking available. I can highly recommend Casa Jamie and hope to book again for 2024 and will be doing so quickly as it's very popular. If I had to criticise anything, it would only be that it would be good if the outside area could be swept (there were lots of leaves off the trees/plants and with the wind they go everywhere) and washed a couple of times a week but it certainly didn't spoil our stay.
